ORDERING
E-mail RanchModern@gmail.com with any inquiries. Or you can contact me, Kevin Strickler, at 254-733-4000. To place an order from the RanchModern product line requires a one half deposit at the time of order. If longer lead times are required the deposit can be split with 1/2 deposit on ordering and the remainder of the deposit on the start of the project. Once I receive the deposit, work will begin. Payment may be check or money order. Lead times can vary from 4-6 weeks for small items and 12-16 weeks for large orders. An estimate of completion date will be made at the time of order. Custom work or anything requiring additional design or excessive samples requires a design fee, generally 200.00 that is applied to price if ordered.
RETURNS
I try to do everything I can to avoid returns. Ordering a piece of furniture sight unseen is a scary business so I will try to do everything I can to make sure the customer understands what they will be getting including drawings (for custom work) and samples. If you need to see samples of my work it is strongly suggested that you arrange a visit to my shop if at all possible. Returns cost money, and I would rather put everything I can into each piece and be able to provide the best possible prices. If it is determined that workmanship is faulty or that I did not provide what was stated I will refund the price of the piece including shipping.
WARRANTY
If a piece of furniture is taken care of and not misused, it should last several lifetimes. If you can prove that one of my pieces fails due to material or workmanship, I will repair or replace it. Wood is a living material and as such is prone to certain defects. Cracks, especially in the oyster veneer, are normal and are not considered defects. Wood shrinks and expands seasonally. This is natural and is not a defect. The best way to minimize wood movement is to make sure it is kept in as stable an environment as possible.
SHIPPING
I can give you an estimate of shipping at the time of ordering. Smaller items will be sent Fedex or UPS, larger items will either be delivered personally or by a reputable shipper.
